The "Navy House" is a duplex located in West Lafayette to rent out for Purdue students. The above picture is before this summer's construction, and out of date. Below is a map of the house's location, it is very close to campus (apprx. 5 minute walk to union; 10 minute walk to Ross-Ade) and is rented to tennants for a full 12 month term beginning each school year. There are two kitchens, four baths, and five bedrooms. Each bedroom is larger than a dormroom. The house is rented as two seperate apartments, but tennants frequently befriend eachother use it with a more "houselike" atmosphere.

For the 2006 - 2007 school year, Both apartments are still available. Rent will be $800 a month for the two bedroom apartment on the first floor and $1100 a month for the upstairs three bedroom. The house come equipped with combination dead-bolt locks, and Cable, Internet, and telephone jacks in every bedroom. The house is equipped for high-speed wireless internet, in addition to normal ethernet wall outlets. DSL, CABLE, electric etc. is be paid for by tennants, and is reported to be around $80 a month per person. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis.
